Tutorial: Setting Up Branded Share Pages

First, navigate to your Account Settings page.

Here’s how to customize your Share Page to match your brand identity:

1. Click “Customize Your Brand” ****– If you do not see this, you need to “Create a Team” first
2. Upload Your Logo
3. Enter Your Company Name and URL
4. Select Your Primary Brand Color (Hexcode)

Now, every shared board and link aligns with your brand, showcasing a professional, polished look that clients will remember.

New Feature: Duplicating Shared Boards

Foreplay has also introduced a feature that many users have requested—the ability to duplicate shared boards.

Now, when you receive a share link from outside our organization you can duplicate it by:

1. Click on your name in the top left corner
2. Click “Duplicate Board”
3. Select a Folder
4. Click Duplicate

A copy of this board will now be saved to your account.
